Interpretation

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, you will be notified via email.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In most cases we will have no control over the shipping methods available to you as these are wholly dependent on our suppliers. However, most of our orders are delivered within 10 business day from the point of order processing. The below are estimates of the delivery times for the varying shipment methods:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we accept no liability for such delays where matters are outside of our control.

Please note that for any products that are being shipped to you from fulfilment centres outside of Europe/USA, delivery times are estimated to take between 7-10 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For any orders outside of the UK, The Gym Pro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

The Gym Pro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.K for our supplements range (Legal Testosterone Boosters, Protein Bars & Powders, Creatine). Any other products advertised that are shipped outside the UK incur a £2.99 shipping cost if the order value is less than £34.99. You should expect those orders to arrive within 7-10 business days.
