RETURNS

All returns must be notified to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. You will need to provide us with your order number and order confirmation email.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] with your request, reason for return and any proofs attached. Once we have reviewed your request, we will be in touch with the supplier directly to arrange the return process. 95% of orders qualify for FREE returns label. However, this cannot always be guaranteed and it is dependent on the warehouse of origin.

Please note that unless stated otherwise, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Where we consider it appropriate, we may be able to offer you an exchange or partial refund with the option to keep your order. This is done solely at our discretion and without any obligation to offer you anything further than a full refund. You have the right to reject any offers we make in relation to partial refunds or item exchanges.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

Items in the following condition cannot be returned: 

  •     Unsealed   
  •     Not in original packaging   
  •     Intimate apparel such as sports bras   
  •     Items already used with tags removed
  •     Items damaged by the customer

Digital products such as e-books, workout programmes, subscription-based services or anything to that effect are also non-refundable. Where the contents of any digital product has been supplied to you, you are deemed to have had sight of it and therefore you are not entitled to any refunds.
